We've enhanced the compliance section in Scarlett Pay for better efficiency. Previously, the Merge & Download and Zip & Download options were located at the bottom of the checklist, requiring excessive scrolling for long lists. Now, a new Actions button at the top of the section provides quick access to these options, enabling faster and easier document management for administrators

To improve clarity and efficiency, compliance-related email notifications now feature color-coded status indicators:

• Compliance Complete – highlighted in green
• Compliance After Cut-Off – highlighted in blue
• Compliance Declined – highlighted in red

These visual cues help agents quickly identify the status of their submissions immediately.
