When you accept a lender response or manual response, the accepted information will now be populated into the corresponding fields in the Scarlett Origination application and locked from further editing. The locked fields will appear greyed out, helping keep the application information consistent with the lender’s approved response or commitment and reducing the risk of accidentally changing approved deal details.

We’ve corrected an issue that could occasionally cause an application error when using Merge Documents, even when all required information had been completed. Document merging will now work more reliably without requiring you to repeat the merge process.

We’ve corrected an issue that could cause photos collected during a Verifast Identity Verification (IDV) to be missing from the generated FINTRAC report or prevent the report from downloading successfully. Verifast IDV photos and documents will now be retained within Scarlett, helping ensure the complete information is available when generating your FINTRAC report.
