Version 1.1.7.24588 Part I
New Features
Zapier Integration
Scarlett Origination is currently integrated with Zapier. The integration is a two-way push from Scarlett Origination to Zapier, so users can now both send data out from Scarlett and update data in Scarlett via Zapier Integration.
Enhanced Triggers for Leads and Deals: We have upgraded our triggers for leads and deals to improve functionality and efficiency and have built a larger application that now includes a more extensive list of triggers and actions.
Triggers
Triggers are events that happen in Scarlett Origination and send data to Zapier.
For example, triggers can be:
- A new deal or lead is created
- A deal or lead is updated
- A document or note is added or deleted
- A participant or property is added or removed
Actions
Actions are instructions from Zapier to Scarlett Origination based on the triggers it receives.
For instance, actions include:
- Creating or updating a deal or lead from Zapier

Important Note for Users Transitioning to the new Zapier Scarlett Enhancement Integration
After updating the Event App details in each Zap to the new Scarlett Enhancement integration, it is essential to manually re-test the trigger by clicking the "Test Trigger" button. This step is necessary to ensure that the Zap is correctly reconfigured, especially if you have duplicated it. Without re-testing, the Zap may continue to reference outdated data from the previous integration.
